CHEM-DRY Vs STEAM CLEANING
What Steam Cleaning really does
The traditional and most common way of treating dirty or stained carpets and upholstery is through steam cleaning. Steam cleaning your carpets and upholstery uses excessive amounts of water and overly saturates your carpets with large volumes of water, harsh detergents, and residue-leaving soaps. The results are unhealthy – between the toxic cleaning chemicals, the fact that your carpets will then remain wet for up to two days (promoting the growth of mold, mildew, bacteria, and fungus) and the leftovers of soapy residues (which will attract dirt and debris which leads to a shorter clean carpet life) – traditional steam cleaning methods can be unhealthy, and therefore, unsafe for your home and your family.
How Chem-Dry’s process differs from steam cleaning
Chem-Dry Executive has developed a cleaner, healthier, more economical, and time saving method of cleaning carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture. We do this with our specially engineered hot carbonating extraction system; which cleans deeper, dries faster, and lasts longer than typical steam cleaning techniques. This means a cleaner and healthier home for you and your family.
The Chem-Dry process utilises the work of millions of microscopic bubbles that explode the dirt from deep within the individual carpet fibers. Because we use these bubbles, we only need less than a quarter of the amount of water consumed by typical steam cleaning procedures. Once the carbonation explodes and lifts the dirt away from the fibers, our state-of-the-art equipment then quickly extracts both the dirt and the moisture from your carpet.
